With a background in perinatal therapy, infertility, and trauma, Sunita specializes in addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, infertility/fertility, relationship issues, and life transitions. Her approach is holistic and client centered. She uses a strength-based and trauma-informed method to provide care and compassion. Sunita draws on techniques from various modalities, including neuroscience, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, attachment theory, and schema therapy.

Sunita is dedicated to helping clients explore the deeper layers of their struggles, guiding them beyond coping to achieve meaningful changes in their lives.

Sunita is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a graduate degree in Counselling and Spirituality. She is a Canadian-certified perinatal mental health therapist (CC-PMH) and has specialized training in perinatal grief and loss, birth and reproductive trauma, and infertility. She is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS).
