Logan creates a safe, authentic, and collaborative space where clients feel truly seen and understood. Utilizing a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, she is passionate about supporting individuals, including those who identify as neurodivergent, through their unique challenges.
Logan draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT) to support clients in building self-awareness, developing practical coping skills, and navigating life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Logan has experience providing individual psychotherapy to clients with anxiety, stress, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, self-esteem, and interpersonal challenges.
She also brings a strong foundation in crisis support, and is committed to meeting each client where they are at, tailoring therapy to their unique needs, goals, and pace.
Logan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a background in youth and young adult mental health and community-based support.
