Jamie Lee

Registered Social Worker Psychotherapist, MSW

Jamie has a particular interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, substance misuse, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and overwhelming emotions. She draws upon her trainings in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Flash Technique, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Jamie works from a person-centered and trauma informed practice to ensure sessions are tailored to your strengths and goals. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative and non-judgemental.

Jamie Lee is a Registered Social Worker Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers. She completed her Master of Social Work at Laurier University and has worked in community mental health in the Ottawa Region for over 15 years.

Rebecca Saab-Smith

Registered Social Worker, MSW

Rebecca is a Registered Social Worker with over seven years of private practice experience. Through a compassionate, non judgemental and collaborative approach, she will provide you the tools to guide you toward healing and enhancing resilience. Rebecca has worked with adults from a variety of backgrounds, ranging from different orientations, gender identity and ethnicities. Her areas of speciality include the following: eating disorders, loss and transition, depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, chronic pain, and caregiver stress. The treatment modalities that she incorporates in her practice includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Emotion Focused Therapy.

Kelly Blanchfield

Registered Psychotherapist (Q)

Kelly works with her clients in creative ways to help them understand themselves, see their value, find coping skills to navigate life, and develop meaningful relationships. Her experience includes working with children and youth who are neurodivergent, navigating self discovery, healing from trauma, and developing helpful coping strategies. Kelly has worked with anxiety, depression, negative self talk, ADHD, Autism, emotion regulation, behavioural difficulties, social skill development, self harm, and suicidal ideation.

Her approach is trauma-informed with a focus on positive perspectives and evidence-based practices, which often involves creative expression. She often uses art and creative processes in sessions to help with self expression and the development of coping strategies.

Samantha DesGroseilliers

MA, Registered Psychotherapist (Q)

Samantha is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and holds an undergraduate degree in Disability Studies. She is passionate about helping people gain awareness of the future they want for themselves and develop the strategies they need to get there. She utilizes a collaborative, person-centered and strength-based approach and provides individualized support with compassion, openness, non-judgement and empathy. She provides care that is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive.

Samantha has experience working alongside individuals with disabilities, those who identify as neurodivergent and individuals living with chronic pain. In addition to these areas of specialty, she is also comfortable supporting individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, caregiver burnout, life transitions and other general life stressors.

Delphine Amer

MSc, Registered Psychotherapist

Delphine Amer is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP, M.Sc.) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solutions Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Delphine is also a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP). Through her master’s degree, Delphine holds a specialization in child and adolescent mental health.

Delphine works through a trauma informed lens; collaboratively and emphatically developing treatment plans which enable those she works with to reach their goals. Her work involves helping clients through a variety of issues which include anxiety (generalized, OCD, specific phobias and fears and social), depression, trauma, stress management, lack of motivation, parenting challenges, life transitions, and relationship problems.

Delphine is passionate about the work she does and believes that everyone has the potential to build a life worth living. She uses her skills to enable clients to identify reachable goals that promote a sense of well-being and mental wellness.

Kyli Robertson

MEd, RP, CCC

Kyli Robertson is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC). She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Masters of Educational Counselling from the University of Ottawa and crisis training from the Ottawa Distress Centre. Kyli worked as a Professional Counsellor for the University of Ottawa for five years to establish a strong foundation of experience for her private practice.

She focuses on treating a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting and family struggles, infertility, miscarriage/stillbirth, Postpartum Depression and family adjustment issues.

Kyli works with clients to identify attainable therapy goals, improve feelings of self-worth, increase connection and happiness, develop coping skills and decrease feelings of sadness and anger.

Mandie Robertson

Mandie Robertson

Registered Psychotherapist, MEd, CCC

Mandie Robertson is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Working from a trauma-informed approach, Mandie helps clients work through and process day to day struggles as well as adverse past experiences.

Mandie’s work includes helping clients through a variety of issues including, but not limited to, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, infertility, perinatal loss, postpartum depression and relationship struggles. As a certified EMDR therapist, Mandie is able to help clients effectively reprocess stuck memories or events, past or recent trauma, and anxiety.

She holds an additional degree in Couples Counselling and uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to work with couples in distress. She has completed intensive training through the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focussed Therapy (ICEEFT) to enhance her work with couples.

Our Practice

Clients work collaboratively with mental health professionals to establish therapeutic goals and work towards self-improvement and understanding.
